1463800 1857-1909 Complete FE and IND Cents. Mostly EF-AU.

 

A Complete, Mostly High-Grade Circulated Set of Business Strike Flying Eagle and Indian Cents, 1857-1909.  All examples are Uncertified and housed in a black Capital plastics holder.  A very high-grade collection comprising a complete date and mintmark set of these series excluding only the 1856 Flying Eagle (Inventory item 9724 in the collection) . Both obverse hub varieties of the 1857 Flying Eagle are included, as are all three issues for the 1864-dated Indian (copper-nickel, bronze and L on Ribbon). The 1873 is an Open 3 and the 1886 is a Type I. The coins range in grade from Fine to Choice Unc with most EF or AU (!). Highlights include: 1877 EF-40; 1909-S EF-40; and most of the early bronze issues from 1865-1878 that are generally EF or AU. (Total: 58 coins)
