Possible Discovery Overmintmark Piece.
 
1915-D 1c PCGS MS65 RD.  Very possibly a discovery piece, the overmintmark D/S seemingly quite proiminent.  Even if this is not the case, the coin is a lustrous example of a pre-1917 Lincoln with lovely reddish-orange overtones.
